Mortgage Broker Case Study
Selling 75 Paid Webinar Tickets in 10 Days for a Mortgage Broker
Arkadiusz had built a real name in the first home buyer space, with an engaged audience and expertise people genuinely wanted to hear. What he didn't have yet was a way to bring that audience together and turn attention into something bigger. The catch was the timeline, ten days from launch to a sold-out event. Here's how content-led ads and a high-converting funnel got it done on just $1,041 of spend.

Meet The Broker
About RKDS & the Brokerage Behind Him
Arkadiusz Bryl is the broker behind Real Knowledge Diverse Solutions and a partner at strategic investor group, better known to his audience as RKDS. He's built his name in the finance space by taking the intimidating parts of the market and breaking them down in a way people actually understand. That approach earned him something most brokers never build, an audience that genuinely trusts what he has to say. But turning that trust into business was another story. Ads had been tried before and the money disappeared without much to show for it, leaving a healthy scepticism toward paid marketing altogether. The audience was there, the expertise was there, and there was still no reliable system connecting either of them to revenue. That's when Arkadiusz came to Mober.
The Challenge
What They Needed
How Arkadiusz Was Positioned Before We Helped Him
The goal was ambitious, a live paid webinar for first home buyers, with 75 seats to sell and only ten days to sell them. Not free registrations that half the room ignores, but paid tickets, to an audience that had seen plenty of webinar invitations come and go. Beyond the ticket sales, the bigger play was positioning. Arkadiusz wanted to own the first home buyer conversation in his market, and a sold-out live event does that in a way no amount of posting can. The campaign needed to build genuine excitement around the event, drive qualified registrations from people ready to act, and prove once and for all that ads could work for his business when they're built properly. Everything would run through a purpose-built funnel, story-led content to warm the audience, paid ads to drive the traffic, and landing pages designed to turn interest into ticket sales.
