Mortgage Broker Case Study
How Simon Tripled His Following In Under 3 Months
Simon came to Mober wanting to build a proper audience around his brand. Like most brokers, the knowledge and the work ethic were never the issue, the missing piece was a system putting him in front of his market consistently. So we built the content engine around him, consistent videos going out with content ads accelerating the reach, and added live events run in partnership with Mober on top. Inside three months his following had tripled, organic content had passed 371K views and reach was up 421%, with the webinars giving that audience a reason to go deeper than a feed.

About Simon & the Brokerage Behind Him
Simon Lewis is the director behind Broker Capital, a business he's built on doing the fundamentals properly, looking after clients well enough that they come back and bring others with them. It's the way most solid broking businesses get built, and it had carried him a long way. The next stage needed more than the fundamentals. Simon wanted a brand that people in his market recognised before they ever needed a broker, and building one takes consistent content, large amounts of reach and a reason for people to engage beyond a feed. Doing all of that properly alongside client work wasn't realistic, so he brought in the Mober team to run it with him.

What They Needed
How Simon Was Positioned Before We Helped Him
The goal was to build Simon a genuine audience around Broker Capital, and to do it with the full system rather than content alone. Growth was the measure, but the kind that comes from his actual market following along, not numbers for the sake of a screenshot. That meant three parts running together. Consistent content would put Simon in front of his market every week, content ads would carry the best of it well past his existing following, and live webinars run in partnership with Mober would give the growing audience something deeper than a feed to engage with. Each part fed the others, since the content promoted the webinars, the webinars strengthened the audience, and the ads accelerated the whole loop.
